Who is iCare?
iCare Panel is an online community of people focused on the issues and needs of those caring for older loved ones, who would like to share their opinions, take part in activities (surveys, polls and discussions), and earn great rewards for it.
They have created this community to give you a forum to share your opinions and experiences with business executives, policy makers, product designers and other leaders around the country. Member opinions help shape the future of the resources, products, and services made available to help you care for your older loved ones.
This community is built and managed by Toluna, a technology-based research company. Toluna built the first online panel in 2000 and since then has built over 200 communities for major brands all over the world. Having created over 200 communities, and launching more every month, the Toluna team are experts at building and managing communities that will provide members like you with an engaging and rewarding experience.

How do I join?
To be eligible to participate in the iCare Panel, you will need to complete an initial short survey. They’ll ask you some questions to see if you qualify and also some demographic questions to help them classify your answers. Once this survey has been completed, they will send you a confirmation email. You must click on the link in the confirmation email in order to begin receiving surveys and earning great rewards.
Will it cost me anything to join or participate?
No. Participation is free. In fact, you will earn rewards for your participation.
How often can I expect to receive survey invitations?
On average, you will be sent a survey invitation about once or twice per month. There will also be new Quick Polls posted to the site every week or two, as well as occasional new discussion forums for you to participate in. You are welcome to take part in as many surveys and discussion forums as you like.
