Welcome to the August 2018 Monthly Challenge! Sticking to any type of routine can be difficult – but it can be a lot easier and a lot more fun when you have the support of friends. So, every month, Mom Fave is hosting a challenge to help move us toward a better life. Challenges range from physically-fit motivation to financial and life-management activities.

August 2018 Monthly Challenge
This month, we’re focusing on strengthening our upper legs and toning the bottom. This is a great movement to activate and put to use some muscles you have forgotten you had – but we promise you’ll find them again after a few days. Remember to only participate in physical activity that you and your health care provider agree that you are capable of doing.
We start out small and build upon our work day by day throughout August. This is one of my favorite quick-fit routines and it is a superstar at working those muscles in minimal time.
Each day, we will add 5 squats to the day prior – with rest days every fourth day.
On August 1st – 50 squats
On August 2nd – 55 squats
On August 3nd – 60 squats
On August 4th – Rest day
And so on…
We may not end this month with the tush and thighs we want, but we’ll be on our way! You don’t have to end this in September! On September 1st, just continue with the prior day’s number and work that amount until it is easy-peasy.
