This quick and easy yeast dinner roll conjures up memories of my Great Grandparent’s farm and Great Grandma’s homestyle baking. It’s difficult to mess up and comes out so perfectly. There’s no heavy mixing and can be prepared with a few everyday kitchen items.
I especially love, depending on how I separate/roll the dough in my hands and drop it onto the pan – it can bake and appear to be a biscuit or a more traditional dinner roll. We love enjoying these rolls with butter, apple butter, and our favorite jellies. Enjoy!
