We’re pulling out our go-to Christmas crafts as well as stocking up on supplies for new projects we’ve found. The holiday season can be a bit busy and a little overwhelming at times – which is why we love having an easy art activity to enjoy with the kids for the days where we can’t muster the energy to drag all the glue, sequins, and sparkles out of the closet.

Our favorite has always been an easy coloring book or printable coloring page. They’re fast to prepare and clean up… and everyone is happy. Well, as long as no crayon ends up on the wall.

If the kiddos are getting a little too-big for the typical coloring books, try them on the newer zendoodle versions and a set of coloring gel pens. The shapes, swirls and possibilities are great for continuing that sense of creativity.

A wonderland of 32 magically-enchanting, festive illustrations, await your imagination! … A square book featuring: summer Christmas scenes, pets climbing presents, whimsical elves on shelves… to the chocolate factory, penguin ice bar, and Santa’s chaotic mail room… there is plenty to captivate and entertain. … The series so far: Inky Ocean, Inky Garden, Inky Mandalas, Inky Mandalas Mix, Inky Extreme, Inky Dinky Blossom, Inky Lifestyle, Inky Galaxy, Inky Whimsy… and now Inky Christmas!

We love that there are even coloring books based on cherished stories!
